We deliver fire safety equipment Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days, Monday–Friday.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available on extinguisher orders of $199 or more (inc. GST) to customers in the following capital city metro areas:

If your cart contains a mix of products from both columns, only the items in the left column count toward the $199 threshold. Freight on right-column items is always charged separately based on weight.
Delivery Timeframes
Most metro deliveries arrive within 2–3 business days of dispatch. Regional and rural areas may take longer depending on your location and courier availability.
Delivery Costs
For orders that don’t qualify for free delivery, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. You can enter your postcode in the cart to see your shipping cost before proceeding to checkout.
No PO Box Deliveries
Fire extinguishers are classified as dangerous goods and must be shipped by licensed courier — we can’t use Australia Post or deliver to PO Box addresses. A physical street address is required for every order.
Delivery Instructions
To avoid delays, include the following in your order notes:
- Accessible days and hours for your delivery address
- A site contact name and phone number
- Authority to leave instructions if no one will be available to sign
Couriers cannot guarantee specific delivery times or time slots. Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm.
Missed Deliveries
A signature is required on delivery. If no one is available and no authority to leave has been provided, the courier will card your address. Re-delivery is available but incurs an additional charge, invoiced before re-delivery is attempted.
Remote Areas
We deliver to most Australian postcodes. Some remote locations may require collection from a local courier depot. We’ll contact you if this applies to your order.
